Frank said Flag Day went very well. Dale said they received compliments from people about how nice our flag project is. Volunteers are needed for July 4th. Contact Dennis or Frank if you are available to volunteer.

Barb is planning to shop for back packs and supplies for Completely Kid's in July. They have asked to have them delivered by August 1st.
Barb is planning to contact Ronald McDonald House to prepare a meal for them towards the last of July.
Deb reminded everyone they can bring food, clothing or household items to any meeting She and Joann will see they are delivered to Sienna Francis House, Open Door Mission or Stephens Center. Bill will see things are delivered to Moving Veterans Forward.
Dale will check with Completely Kid's to see if they need any volunteers during the summer months.
Rod introduced our speaker David Edmund Black. He is Senior Director of Public Affairs for Union Pacific Railroad. Union Pacific employs 33,000 people across the country. They develop and deliver quality programs and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a skilled, diverse workforce. They do this with an emphasis on the Company's most valuable asset, its employees. Union Pacific operates North America's premier railroad franchise, covering 23 states in the western two-thirds of the United States. It is the largest railroad in North America. We learned a lot about Union Pacific from Dave.
